About Us

Kristine has been helping family and friends with their taxes for over 20 years. She faithfully stayed with a retail tax firm (H&R Block) for over 8 years as a tax professional, instructor, and office manager. However, she grew to realize that working for a retail tax company did not allow her to provide the level of personal service that she wished to give her clients. In 2022, she opened KLN Tax and Bookkeeping. In 2024, her mother, Dixie joined her at KLN. Dixie has been in the retail tax business for 32 years and brings lots of experience and knowledge to the team. In 2025, they changed their name to KLN Tax & CAS to reflect the additional Financial Services they are now offering.
